Feasibility Studies are performed at the outset of a major project. They are used to answer questions such as "What is the best strategy or approach to a new venture, including infrastructure?"; "What are the different costs and benefits of each different option?"	Adding to Business Process Analysis, we can design the software screens and business rules you need to run your company as efficiently as possible. Once you have the Business Requirements Document, this can be given to several software vendors for a fixed-price quote.

Business Process Analysis	Current Systems and/or Software Audit
Documenting and analysing your processes: * Increases understanding within the company of what each person does * Makes it easier to train new staff * Helps the process to be done consistently * Identifies flaws and unnecessary steps * Helps to gain buy-in to fix the mistakes	We can audit your current systems and software to identify any flaws that exist in the fundamental design.
